Deutschlandticket: Start-Up Launches Jobticket+ for Companies

Berlin, April 16, 2025 -- Berlin-based AllRide GmbH today announced the official launch of its new product Jobticket+. The offering targets companies of all sizes and is based on the Deutschlandticket, supplemented with additional mobility benefits and flexible management options.

Deutschlandticket for Companies

Jobticket+ enables companies to provide a tax-supported Deutschlandticket for their employees -- with additional features and digital management tools.

The product integrates seamlessly with over 50 HR systems including Personio, SAP, and Workday, minimizing administrative effort for HR departments.

Three Flexible Models

Companies can choose between three models:

• 100% employer subsidy: The employer covers the full cost, tax-free under Section 3 Nr. 15 EStG.
• Entgeltumwandlung (salary conversion): Employees pay from gross salary, saving on taxes and social security.
• Split Pay: A hybrid model combining both approaches.
