100% Employer Subsidy

You cover the full €63/month per employee. Tax-free under §3 No. 15 EStG – the maximum benefit.

Salary Conversion

Employees convert gross salary. Net cost: only about €35–40 instead of €63. Saves social contributions for both sides.

How many employees are needed for Jobticket+?+

From 10 employees. For larger companies (100+), we offer individual terms and personal support.

Can employees pause their ticket?+

Yes! The pause feature is also available with Jobticket+. Employees pause their subscription in the app – HR can track the status in the dashboard.

What happens during offboarding?+

When an employee is deactivated in your HR system, the Jobticket automatically ends at month-end. No manual effort for HR.

Is the job ticket tax-free?+

Yes – with 100% employer subsidy, the job ticket is tax-free under §3 No. 15 EStG. With salary conversion, both sides save on social contributions. Details in the glossary.
