The app is not working properly (e.g. the pause button). What can I do?
If the app is not behaving as expected (e.g. pausing fails or data won't load), it is often due to the connection or the app version. Please try these steps first:
- Check your internet connection: Most app functions (like pausing or changing profile data) require a stable internet connection. Only displaying a loaded ticket works offline.
- Update the app: Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and check if an update is available for the TicketPlus+ App. Please install it.
- Log out and back in: Sometimes a fresh login resolves the issue. Log out of the app completely and log back in.
